Gypsy is the first pup we have kept from one of our breeding's! If us keeping a pup isn't a testament to how proud of our litters we are producing, I don't know what is. Gypsy is out of our HRCH Tipsy MH female and sired by GRHRCH Diesel MH MNR. Go is not a problem in this pup. She is so much like her mom in every way. Business when she's in the field and calm and a pleasure to be around when at home around the family. She truly has the off switch you always hear about. This black tri-factored female got a great start training at Flatlander Kennels where she started her Hunt Test career passing every test she's been in going 5 for 5 and getting her Hunting Retriever (HR) title. She came home with 1 finished pass and Russ handled her to the other 3 she need towards her Hunting Retriever Champion (HRCH)n title. She is an excellent marking dog, blinds keep getting better and proving to be exactly what we are trying to do with our breeding's! We have very high hopes for this girl and can't wait to see how far she can go!!

To say we like the breeding Wyatt would be an understatement. Smart, athletic, good-looking, just fun to be around and not to mention throws beautiful dark chocolate pups. He’s all business in the field and a couch potato at home. Wyatt is a true all-around dog, now competing in several Qualifying's. He passed the 2025 Fall Grand, giving him one pass toward his Grand Hunting Retriever Champion (GRHRCH) title, and then went on to the 6th at the Master National. He also finished three Quals. Wyatt had a fantastic year and just keeps getting better. He’s a strong marker and runs nice, straight lines on his blinds. When he isn’t running hunt tests in the summer and fall, he spends the winter picking up hundreds of geese and ducks.
